Actually quite liked the review as-is. We already know what MSI's Cyclone coolers are for, and we already know what the 6850 is. Short, swift, and to the point. Boom!
Seriously BT, you have some catching up to do in the hardware reviewing department. The odd graphics card och gaming mouse review once in a while is, in all honesty, a bit weak.
This ain't journalism, is it? What's next? Game reviews with press release screenshots like Crysis 2 but without words as well? I'm really REALLY disappointed with the new zero-touch-review-deployment process you guys seem to have set up.
Sorry, gotta run... getting my black suit & tie. Journalism died a bit...
Must have something to do with the missing staff writer, I was hoping for more of a conclusion to sum up all the graphs, I usually tend to head there first after the intro, then go back to the graphs if there is anything in particular I want to look for.
This is our new format which we've moved to after a long period of seeking industry consultation and of course, your feedback.
It should also have the side benefit of allowing us to replace most of the current (expensive) writers with (cheap) trained monkeys, meaning more content for you - Yay!

We should have seen this coming, really. Harry was the beta-test, right?

Hmm let me guess, those 'consultants' were trained monkeys looking for employment?

Okay, but how do we differentiate between the two? :p

ReplyCould this be a subtle hint that as with all decent sambos the meat is in the middle?
Nice pictures.

When I posted my original comment I was joking expecting a copy-paste error to blame or something for the complete lack of content other than graphs.
Thats a shame, opinions matter, and its on of the reasons I've frequented BT and CPC over the last 4 years.
Blimey, Bit's reviews were already lacking content (lack of games reviewed) and now there is no conclusion either....?
I genuinely hope this is an error as no conclusion or reasons for the score given just feels like an unfinished review.
well now you've just spoiled it :D
:)
