I agree
Looks are subjective though and as much as I hate its vile presence, I can't deny it's a cool runner.
I owned a P190 for about a year before it just fell apart and was too thin for tall CPU heatsinks - never again will I use an Antec. It was a shame, the 190 looked great.
The side panel that holds the fan mount weighs in at 3.3kg alone, contributing to the overall weight of around 4,389 metric tonnes.
this confuses me... does this case weights a sixth of the weight of the tintanic (viva wolframalpha!)? and the side panel takes 3/4 of that?
i do have a p182 and the sidepanels are heavy. i admit this case is somewhat bigger. it just don't look THAT much bigger.
or is this some imperial/bit-tech weight system that i never heard of?

Proof read needed. Still, at least it's not another review with the word 'underwhelming' being used. There seems to be some sort of bet going on relating to the number of times that word finds its way into Custom PC reviews. :-)
The P193 poses a cheaper but similarly elegant design to the Silverstone TJ07 if you can get over the big side panel fan stuck on the side
Eh you have to be joking right? You spend much of the review talking about the somewhat ugly design, then describe it's elegance?
It's a nice case but horribly ugly when compared to any of the Silverstone cases.
Build quality cannot possibly be a 10 either beacuse that would make it perfect! There are many area's for improvement that I can see. When are they going to drop those cheap ass keyring handles on the drive bay's?
Finally there's more room for the motherboard, so installing sata-hdd's looks better.
I still have problem with the following:
-dedicated 3.5" diskette-tray???
-grey-interior
-minimalist-design is not minimalist.
-too many 5.25" drivebays, useless unless you put a fan there, wich should have mounting brackets as standard.
-minor point: it weighs more than a horse.
I'm still mad at Antec for messing up the P180-series with the stupid 183... And for the sake of all that's holy and right, stop making fugly bits that stick out of the case!!! Christ that side fan mount is hideous.
Spoilt with a horrid sidepanel tbh. I don't mind the HAF - that's a case which isn't subtle and delicate. The P182 was the ultimate expression of this kind of design imo. Lovely. :D
I've heard that this case cant' fit, and wont' fit coolers like thermalright ultra-120, Noctua NH-U12P, Cooler Master V8, Prolimatech Megahalems and so on (coz of the coolers height). I would really like this to be not true, but....to close the side panel they hv to resort to modding it. Please proof i'm wrong, otherwise you are warned.

this confuses me. its not pretty but on the other hand its not pretty either?

Just EUUGH..
unfortunately he bought a psu with fairly short cables (hiper 580W) and now the inside of the case looks a mess with stretched cables everywhere.
Maybe
I use a Lian now :)
Will you be reviewing the P183 as well?
lol
nice too...
Nothing can make a HAF look nice IMO, unless it's the mini version but then it is still only borderline tollerable.

Think someone in the designdepartment have been watching too much Star Trek.
this is one o the worst reviews i have seen from bit tech, its liek its been written by CPC

One thing irks me though; last page: "Turning the fans down barely effected the temperatures"
Surely that should be 'affected', right? ;)
And What's with the lack of review quality?
