I can confirm it will not fit the PA120.3, neither the PA120.2. It will fit the PA120.1 but i have not tested it.
Both radiators have enough room to fit the case the problem is the distance between the fan holes. Thermochill uses weird 24.5mm (because of the stupid shroud) between the holes of the fans making the whole thing much longer than any triple radiator.
I can confirm it will fit just fine an Alphacool Extreme Triple Rad. I haven't measured the distance between the holes but it looks like a standard 15mm. So you will be able to fit any Black ICE rad. Thermochill is 24.5mm apart and Swiftech is 19mm apart so these 2 are out of the question.
Also you will need longer screws than the ones provided by the radiator manufacturer.
It will at least fit the PA120.2 if you mount it with only 4 screws (1 fan) instead of 8. I did the same for mounting a Black Ice Pro 2 inside a regular Cosmos (where the top fans are normally a couple cm apart).

Yeah, as I was expecting looking at the specs and the manufacturer pics of the case. I figured they wouldn't accommodate a Thermochill without additional modding, but it certainly looked to take Black Ice footprints out of box.
Triple radiator fits fine on the inside of the aluminium chasis, with the fans at the top above the aluminium chasis pulling air through the radiator. But just like E.E.L. Ambiense before you will lose the top 5 1/4" bay unless you have something half length to go in like a fan controller.
Anyway the main reason i'm posting after all this time is because i thought i would let everyone know (if anyone ever reads this review again after all this time) that my cosmos s' power switch (touch sensitive) stopped working for no reason, just inside the warranty (thank smeg) at 11 months. Actualy the warranty is 2 years but being within 1 year meant that i could return it to where i bought it instead of having to get in touch with coolermaster.
