Nice, not a bad board considering the price... I just wished ATI would get a move on with their x1800xt master cards, I want to see how they perform!

One minor thing, I'm guessing this is meant to say 'lose' :)

The CrossFire switch card is very easy to loose and we actually misplaced it for a short while

Pity about the pci slots, because thats one thing ill be looking for in a socket 939 mobo, is being able to have 2 video cards, and no pci slots obstructed. Pity 1 of the pci 1x slot and the top pci (origional) wernt the other way round).

Nice article once again!

One thing I'm curious about is that what PSU did you use?
just asking because makes me wonder how powerhungry those cards actually are.
Not that I would be interested in getting any but it would be nice to know.

The cards aren't that power hungry, you might need a maximum of 350 actual watts when everythings going flat out for a high power Intel system with SLI'd graphics cards, a few hard disks, and a few other bits and bobs.

I only had a 380W to hand. Running two 850XTs and all else on it it only sorta failed to work on was FEAR high detail. Unfortunately I a) didnt think it was the PSU because Ive never had the problem before and b) assumed it was a driver problem.
I was silly because I should have checked both but didnt, and im sorry :(
