Haven't we already had the thread about the death of PC gaming because this isn't coming out on PC. Let's try and keep this one on topic and not about venting your spleen at Microsoft.
I was sooooo going to play this game, didn't even think about it. Now that it's gonna be a 360 exclusive it depends a lot on special offers. In Austria I won't pay less than 65 Euros for it once it's released so it's gonna be another game imported from the UK... if the price is right.
Thanks for killing an absolute no-brainer for me, MS. :(
Not on PC, won't be playing it. And quite frankly, don't care any more.
Without going over a beaten-to-death topic (sorry crazyceo), the whole "too intimate" excuse given for the PC version cancellation is a load. This preview should show that if the PC was fine for Max Payne and Max Payne 2, then the real truth is that they are indeed too small for ambitious game development. The development time shows they are probably too small for XB360 development too. Perhaps in future they should specialise in casual games for the Wii.

Well I think it looks awesome, although it'll be a funny feeling when it eventually does come out. That said, Max Payne was 6 years or so in the making as well, and that was amazing.
Since Resident Evil seems to have turned itself in just another shooter franchise it's good to see somebody is still out there trying to creep people out. PC fear junkies will always have Stalker. :)
I'd not even heared of this game until a month ago, so hearing its xbox 360 only hasnt really bothered me as much as it might have. Won't ever buy a console though, even if PC gaming does die.

I can't believe that, judging by your Facebook status, you went out and bought an Xbox 360 Elite because of this.
I'm sure the game will be quite good. Max Payne 1 & 2 were both great games. Too bad I don't own a 360. Maybe I'll just rent it and play it on the 360 at work.

Why the console hatred? I'm a fan of gaming. That means I enjoy it on the PC, 360, PS3, DS, whatever medium it happens to come on. I'm suprised so many people are so single minded (or single systemed :s)
For a small studio. Lame excuse. just tell the truth.......Microsoft paid us big bucks for a time exclusive for the x360.
nobody is gonna get mad cause you went for the money. Just don't get greedy and sell away Alan Wake (like max payne). Wait 6 months then make a kick ass PC version.
Oh and Rockstar is gonna make more money off Max Payne 3 than you guys will with Alan Wake
Will someone explain the massively annoying "Limited flashlight batteries" trope to me.
EVERY flashlight I own is good for at least an hour, and some will run for many (24+).
Frankly, every flashlight on the freaking market is good for more than an hour, with the exception of those "Shake lights" and a few HID lights that are bright enough to set things on fire.
Why does every game insist on repeating this Bullshit? Can't they actually think of something creative to generate tension?
