I doubt I'll be buying it, but I like how not everyone is using the 'set' pricing structure so prevalent with console games.

I don't actually know anyone who buys baseball video games, Madden NFL is pretty much the only sports game I see at people's houses.

I can tell ya many hours have been wated between me and my kid and my brother playing The Bigs. We already have Bigs 2 from Gamefly.com and it is not going back until I get another $5.00 coupon...it it a very fun game.

From someone who grew up with Baseball and is now not so thrilled with it, looks like it's all the exciting stuff and none of the slow boring stuff.

But I've never seen a flaming baseball. If you play this then watch the real thing, you're gonna be disappointed.

LOL, thanks :) Actually, I've just started getting in to baseball - my brother's just moved to the States, so I'm following his local teams... I think it's fine as a sport, but I can see why it's difficult to do realistically as a video game, which is why the Bigs' approach works well I think.
