We were playing Horde on Hardcore, if stuff got close you were usually dead within a second.

How is this game better then the Bioshokcs out there? Game is shallow with poor story telling like the first, games like FO3 have ten times the depth. Game does nothing but repetitive action with bad AI and enemies that take 50 shots in the head. FINALLY A GOOD REVIEW INSTEAD OF THE HYPE MACHINE REVIEWS OUT THERE,

I just know that Jobo is not a big gears fan, he's more into wearing pink hats then ramming a chainsaw in a locusts back

I have been playing this game for the last few weeks and I can't think of a single thing I would complain about. Everything in the first game that was irksome has been addressed, like the colours and the story (and in fairness to Epic and the writer(s), the storyline is a massive improvement over the first, really good stuff), and on top of that, they have given us more people in multiplayer, better graphics, more enemies, better tweaked weapons, more weapons, more executions, Horde mode. It truly is bigger, better and more badass.

Some people may think it too shallow (in which case they need to play it on Insane), or not appreciate that a lot of the game is underground (which is a fair point, although I feel it is mixed up enough to not bother me), but the game is a massive improvement over the first, and even the first was a 9 or 10 out of 10 affair.

It is easily my favourite console game of the year.
