I don't suppose we know yet if it will need steam activation, I've bought every other MOH game and expansion pack but I won't buy this game (or any others) if it does..hate steam >:(

My issue with the offer is that it's region dependent. And if I wasn't eligible they should not give me a code after logging in with my account details.

As for the countries, it does say in the "More info" bit. Unfortunately we don't know the laws/regulations in place stopping them from offering it further abroad. I do know that many laws/governments however don't like international offers going out for some obscure reason. Happens a lot for online competitions where they restrict the winning countries. It's pants, but it's law... usually.
