Quick question about Far Cry 2: You say that the eventual goal is to kill someone. Can anyone else in the game world kill him too? It would be really annoying if after an hour someone better than you got him, but if that wasn't a possibility then it wouldn't be so realistic.
I would prefer it to be impossible for the people that I am "competing against" to be able to "win" before me but I was just wondering...

edit: just seen the Mirror's Edge picture and the graphics are amazing! Please tell me this is a screenshot and not just some concept art.

Of all those games, only Little Big Planet and Red Alert 3 interest me. Maybe Mirrors Edge too. The rest are rehashes of old games to be honest.

Take FarCry2 and Crysis2 (oops I mean Warhead or whatever its called)... just run of the mill FPS games with flashier graphics.

Spore is the one game that could have been game of the year ... if they had actually made it more like a sim-life game and not a sim-your-own-world-of-warcraft-character... Yep.. those cheesy kiddie graphics really do spoil it for me, but I guess I can see the appeal for everyone else who will no doubt disagree with me.

dude, these are some nice games but umm... what happened to halo wars or cod world at war or starcraft 2? just wondering.

Left4Dead, Spore, Far Cry 2, Fallout 3, Crysis: Warhead and STALKER: Clear Sky are all on my list.

I am also looking forward to seeing Diablo III, Fable 2 and perhaps some more info on Battlefield 3 (not Heroes 3).

I hope they release Crysis and Warhead as a twin pack so I can snap both of them up at the same time.

Need to buy a new graphic card.I think it's time to say good bye for my gefroce old 7600gs 256mb,which served me well for past one and half years.I think my core 2 duo 2.2gig and 2 gb memory is enough for these games.Or i might wait untill ati 4650 to appear this September.

Hl2 and episodes,Crysis,Cod4,Gears of war,Vagas 1 and 2,stalker,Mass effect(now playing),Prey,company of heros,tomb raider legend and aniversory. Doom3,quake 4,Oblivian,But i had to overclock my card to near death to play crysis.
So the winter game list.Come on i am looking forward to it.I think now my wife will divorce me this time.
