There are a lot of games there that I'm eager to get my hands on, but I think I'm most looking forward to Mirrors Edge - that game looks stunning beyond belief, I hope it plays as fluid as it moves
I'm really looking forward to Mirrors Edge - It just sounds like a really fun game, and will be the first non-violence focused game I've ever bought for a console..
That said, Fallout 3, RA3, they both look fun too.
I'm with the bit-tech here, there's not as many OMG must have games here, like bioshock, but there is a fresher variety i think. I've been largely unexcited by this years release schedule and gone quite retro but when i get my hands on Civ DS....well....I'll see you after one more turn...

I would be looking forward to Fable 2, but the promises Molyneux made about Fable 1 and what was actually in Fable 1 are still pretty raw for me. That and his constant talking crap (Okay, saying in a few interviews, as if it was actually something worth the time) shortly after the game (Sand goose anyone?) I know not much has been promised, if anything, but I'm still very dubious and am waiting for the actual game before I get my hopes up.
I'd say it's a given that 90% of people are going to be scoring GoW2, it can go without saying :D
Since Mirror Edge will be published by EA, what kind of DRM infection will there be?
Lol, do you ever talk about anything else? Who cares what the publisher is if the games good? And we all get that you have issue with DRM, but I imagine you're going to be very thin on the ground for AAA titles to play if you never allow any kind of DRM into your system. Even if you do only get to play it three times because the DRM doesn't work how it's supposed to, it's still worth it for the £15 you can get most games for off eBay the moment they come out. Hell, two cinema tickets will set you back that much anyway, and you don't get to keep anything forever when you go to that.

I have DRMed games installed in my system. Only not the limited activation kind. ;)
LittleBigPlanet looks awesome fun, but not got a ps3, so i'll be round tad's house...
Trackmania DS looks almost spot on to the pc's version in gameplay, the graphics look nice, and it looks really fluid! I just think it won't be as fun as if it were fully online, playable with 30+ people!
Besides RE5 (wich eventually will come to PC) looks like pc games are doing really good heh Sweeney? Take that on the jaw! And i hope that will break a couple of teeth!
None of these games seems to me to be particularly interesting at all. Maybe Red Alert 3, but I'd rather wait for StarCraft 2, for my next RTS-fix. Fallout 3 WILL NOT be as good or better than either of the prequels and somehow feels like (another) money-making scam from Bethsoft.
I'm saving my semi-hard earned cash for StarCraft 2 and Diablo 3.

If only we could take maternity leave..

[edit] By the way, if anyone fancies watching more Mirror's edge footage, gametrailers.com have more footage, and in HD too. :D

RA3 with coop levels ==> me failing my exams with my flatmates
Failing for a good cause, though.
A very good cause.

It's due for release 18th September. :D

I won't be expecting Left4Dead until at least May '09 though.
Spore is looking similarly excellent... I finally had a go of the Creature Creator last night.. I'm absolutely loving it. :D
