the off road raptor one is pure gold. I've wasted many hours overs the past few days on that game.
my personal best single stunk/kill/whatever:

whoever made the game could make a killing if they ported it to xbox arcade and whatever the playstation equivalent is with the small price of $3 or $5 for permanent access to it

CardJoe 28th March 2008, 09:25 Quote
Cheers, fixed. I have no idea why it was linking to an old news story though.

Hmmm, trying to play Off-Road Velociraptor Safari but it keeps crashing Firefox Beta 4.
CardJoe 28th March 2008, 09:59 Quote
And that's why I never use Beta software - you never know when it'll come between you and an exciting dinosaur safari.

Heh, had to play it on I.E. Does it work on Firefox2?
CardJoe 28th March 2008, 10:01 Quote
I'm running it in 2.0.0.13 perfectly.

Might be due to that software you have to install not supporting Firefox 3 yet. Really fun game though.

wow, Pocket Physics is on DS!
always thought the drawing of shapes will better suit the likings of Wii or DS.

i shall grab my friend's DS and have a try

It's at times like this i wish i wasn't at work... every single one of those games sounds great! Will def try them over the weekend :)

That raptor game is great, however 2mins in I got stuck in the terrain.
I will give it another shot when I'm not on the 6 year old family PC.

I'm gonna chip in and add my favourite flash game out there, Fancy Pants. Its a great free flowing platformer and now with World 2 out there it gets a little better again.

I also gave that 7 minutes game a go, it was fun but there's 14 min of my life i wont get back. Completed it second run through with literally 1 second to spare.

Can you add a free classic shootemup to the list, like xenon 2000

I love that game :D and I just addicted my girlfriend to it as well!

That reminds of a cross between sonic and the stick people, good times. Pitty i died almost instantly, i'm rubbish at platformers.

I'm pretty sure the Blob is being remade commercially for the Wii as 'de Blob'...?
CardJoe 28th March 2008, 12:51 Quote
Yep - Planned for release as a wiiware title I've discovered.

It's great, but even the english version has a lot of Dutch in..and it does involve a certain amount of embuggeration to get working.
CardJoe 28th March 2008, 15:26 Quote
Really? I just downloaded, installed, played.

The Velociraptor game: Any ideas why it would be running so slowly on my PC? I know it's not the most modern, but it really shouldn't be struggling with this? Athlon 64 3200+ / 1GB / ATI 9800XT. Framerate is terrible (about 1fps) in both Firefox and IE. Nothing else running.

It works OK on my Powerbook which is terrible for gaming, I thought I should try it on my proper PC and it's unplayable.
Tomm 28th March 2008, 16:59 Quote
FAKEDIT: It runs perfectly in fullscreen :D

I've just been playing Seven Minutes. There is something very captivating and atmospheric about that game. For a moment it felt like all the screen flashing and messages were subliminally implanting messages kinda like that Derren Brown zombie game

No mention of Cave Story? Probably my favorite freeware game
vaderag 28th March 2008, 23:15 Quote
Have to agree... Cave story rocks. Gets quite hard mind!
EmJay 29th March 2008, 01:35 Quote
Seven Minutes is... quite something. I feel enlightened.
Mentai 29th March 2008, 05:36 Quote
I suck at platforming too much to complete 7minutes the first time. After playing it for 15minutes I feel kinda blind. Concentrating with flashing in your face. I'm not sure what I think of the ending... Hmm
