Games to add:

Starcraft II (I'm predicting a 2008 release, anyway)
Empire: Total War

This is why we don't let Joe do graphs...

meh, very uninspiring list for me, sad to say ... not many PC games listed there ..not even Starcraft II.. ho hum.. at least I still have a bazillion games from last year that I have yet to play ;)
DougEdey 2nd January 2008, 18:11 Quote
Starcraft II will be in 09.

I'm looking forward to Halo wars tho :p First RTS designed for a console so it'll be interesting to see how well it plays

I lol @ the fact you don't have Metal Gear Solid 4 on that list, it's going to be one of the biggest games of the year.

Possibly, but it's always worth watching for. You never know there could be a public beta...

*wishes*

Is the unreal engine 2, what powers unreal tournament 3?
willyolio 2nd January 2008, 19:57 Quote
no mention of Starcraft 2? for shame! it's only the sequel to (arguably) the most popular PC game of all time...
sheninat0r 2nd January 2008, 19:57 Quote
I'm looking forward to Spore and... dare I say, Portal 2!

That'll be 2009. And as for Metal Gear Solid 4: hmmm, I'm not holding my breath. The first one was fantastic but they've been shadows of their former self since that. And besides, the main selling point of the game were the graphics back when the first vids were shown, but it's not really looking all that cuttind edge nowadays.

I'm holding out for a Q4 release of Rage, first id game in years that might end up being more than good deathmatch and a tech demo.

Spore is taking so long (not as much as DN4E) that i think there will be clones all over before it's release...

I am looking forward diablo 3...

Snake Eater was a fantastic game, have you even played it?

I'm waiting for Spore

Spammer! ;)

Spore I've been waiting for a long time... Will be such a great time waster also, just looks fantastic, Robin Williams on YouTube playing with Spore was pretty funny, if I can remember also I remember him saying he used to play BF2 also, I'm guessing he is actually a real gamer.

(Guess I was right)

GTA IV will probably come out on PC too, right? I mean San Adreas and Vice City came out on pc like 6 months(or maybe a bit more) later than the console versions. Considering I bought the ps2 just to play San Andreas, the ps3 is a much bigger investment and and I m not such a fan of consoles anyhow. So finally does anyone have the slightest idea of what the required specs might be for GTA IV (considering it uses the RAGE engine and so on)?
chrisb2e9 3rd January 2008, 13:34 Quote
im sure it will be more than crysis, since its going to be a poorly done port if they do bring it over. (note the sarcasim)
naokaji 3rd January 2008, 13:51 Quote
gta and crysis in the same sentence? hmm... that gives me a weird idea...

maybe they should just redo vice city with the crysis engine

Robin Williams is a pretty massive gamer yeah, apparently a big fan of the Sim series of games and a close friend of Wil Wright.

The one I am really looking forward to is Project Origin - the true sequel to FEAR. It will kick ass.
