i'm disappointed the original "bounty hunter" Prey didn't pan out,

but after reading this pre-view it sounds liek they've made a interesting game, looking forward to it.

I walked past three shoes on the ground, thought it was a bit weird, turned around to see two shoes and an alien battering me.

Nah. Your movement just feels very weightless, common thing in shooters like Quake, and indeed, System Shock 2 a little. It's not the worst, but it's a bit grating for me.

So more Quake style glide and less STALKER/Metro 2003 style head bob?

I can live with that, although the latter makes more sense in a horror-ish game.
