The license agreement will always contain a clause to the effect of "further, you agree that this license shall also be imposed on any subsequent owners of this product" - christ, even books do it.

Oh my God - they've just released the pre-release Alpha of Quake II on the DS. I'm so going to have to look at this later. It runs all the singleplayer stuff with full graphical effects and only some slowdown on certain levels.

I bought both my grandchildren Nintendo Ds consoles for Christmas, it is costing me a fortune in games, just need to know if I have understood what I have to do to copy and backup these purchased games
I need to buy R4 and Micro Sd card is that all, or have I complete misunderstood the directions, I am not very computer literate and don't know what a lot of new words are.
I do hope I have got it correct
Thanks
Gloria

I have an M3 Real and my kids love it, so simple to use once set up
As you say, you need an R4 or M3 and the micro sd card, the R4 and M3 Real can take SDHC cards which hold a lot of games (about 90-100 on 4gb cards) Here's a link to the software you need on the M3 Real

Another nice guide here
