Ep2, UT2007, GTA IV, TFC 2, Spore!!!, and not hugely, but crysis looks good enough to try.
Which leads me to asking when AMD's 4x4 is coming to a nice motherboard near me, not going to bother with all these nice new games on my old hardware. :D
Hailing from the same developer that bought us the sleeper hit that was Far Cry (still probably the second best FPS of all time)
Farcry the 2nd best FPS of all time ?
I always thought Farcry was plain terrible in every aspect exept the graphics...
What is the best FPS of all time ?
and I agree with some posts here , UT2007 should be on that list. Of course it's all a matter of taste but still. UT is a proven serie that we know is going to be great again :)

Hopefully my new rig will run all of them.
Isn't Strangehold 360-only? If it isn't, you've just made me that much happier. :D
Personally I am most looking forward to hellgate london, crysis, quake wars, bioshock, and prolly a couple others I forgot. GTA has always been a huge meh since they went to 3D, I just can't get into the new ones at all. I wasn't a huge fan of Far Cry, but I have to say crysis looks fantastic. I like the whole body suit idea and the idea that your guy is actually a one man army.
On a side note, a recent interview I read about cryssi from crytek said a good gaming PC now will be able to run it perfectly fine in DX9 mode, so why is there still all the fuss everywhere about selling off your family to build a rig for it?
HL2E2 and STALKER (Can't be bothered with all those periods) for me, and especially the former. I might try Crysis, but having not played Farcry it's sort of on my Meh list.
I saw Hellgate: London in October and I can't say I was that impressed. I'll have to wait 'til the game's out before I make a final judgement call though.

The gameplay didn't appear to break any boundaries... maybe I missed something. Looks quite nice graphically though. :?
The brief I believe was "Diablo mixed with halflife, in london"
It had slipped my mind too, though a few months ago I was excited about it.
having individual hands for weapons looked like a nice evolution, hopefully well-done random levels would be nice (how many times in RPG's or shooters do you get sick of the exact same level every time ?) Hadn't heard about paying for multiplayer, but I guess I'm not all that surprised (it is starting to edge towards MMORPG territory)
At least I got everyone to remember that the game exists! Hellgate: London looks interesting, but I have to agree with Crysis for #1. Mowing down a forest with a minigun... Take that treehuggers!
looking forward to offset and stalkers, just havent heard much about them lately... I did here stalkers got a release date somewhere, I think this year... and offset just keeps showing us the same movies and stills, their site hasnt been updated in a while *sigh* still looking forward to in though
I don't like FPS's that much, for me my all time list (not just for 2007) would be...
1. Diablo III (will > Hellgate London)
2. Starcraft 2
3. Super Smash Bros. Brawl
4. Final Fantasy XIII
5. Metal Gear Solid 4
6. Next Gen Zelda
7. Spore
I found Postal 2 quite entertaining... for 4-5 hours. Then I got bored from peeing on people to make them puke. Or playing football with people's heads. :| :D

I have 0 interest for any of those listed games! Bring on Team Fortress 2, Supreme Commander & Spore!

actually I know stranglehold is at least on the 360 as well as the ps3, but I'm not sure about the PC.
on another note, project offset looks sick.
I would have agreed with you until I realised you have to pay for multiplayer:

I'm glad i found this post, i was going through from 10 & 9 to 8&7 to 6&5 waiting, know ing that Enemy Terrotiry Quake wars would be number one.
And it isnt, its some crappy crysis game that will probably never be released.
We need the strogg invasion of earth and we need it NOW!!!!

i've never heard of half the games, but i've been busy for the last few months, with other things.
my cousin got a 360 for xmas, and the only game i liked out of the 5 he has was dead rising.
Left 4 Dead looks cool, and if its anything like dead rising it'll be great.
