As much as I enjoy being congratulated for "nice coverage", it wasn't me - I wasn't there. I created this thread because I acted as Editor for the article, but it was written by our esteemed Editor-in-Chief, Wil Harris aka mrhaz.
So yes, it *was* nice coverage, but not because *I* did anything more than correct a couple of typos :)
Voodoo does look like a real sweet girl, AND she's into games which is quite a bonus!
I wish my GF would take more of an interest in PCs in general, and games in particular. Her hobbies appear to be limited to shopping and watching TV , although I sometimes do have to pry her away from the PC when she's surfing the web.
My missus is taking the "if you can't beat them, join them" route - she's started playing UT2k4 at my home LANs, and loves it, so she'll be coming to i27.
i26 was very cool indeed. I'm still recovering... camping was a top laugh - 3am sunday morning, and the condensation on the inside of the tent was frozen...! It was COLD.
Loads games going on all the time, loads of non-game stuff happening as well. Just a really well organised event. See you at the next one.
Voodoo - you going to bring some friends next time? ;)
Hey nice write up Will, maybe next event we will see even more girls woo, Those are some really sweet pictures you have taken, what camera do you use? last event the picutres were a bit dull.

Am I shallow? ;)
