RivaTuner 2.20 adds SLI and CrossFire support

Allows you to tweak and monitor all your graphics cards at the same time

With its excellent GPU temperature-monitoring features, flexible overclocking options and fan controls, not to mention umpteen other features, RivaTuner is the enthusiasts’ choice when it comes to tweaking tools. However, the app could previously be a bit clunky when it came to multi-GPU setups, but today’s update to version 2.20 adds plenty of new multi-GPU features.

Adding a multi-GPU orientated hardware access layer, version 2.20 allows you to access all your graphics cards simultaneously, so you don’t need to switch to a different device and restart the hardware access layer now. You can now monitor all of your graphics cards at the same time, in both multi-monitor configurations and SLI and CrossFire modes too. The new version also allows you to set the Scheduler to set independent clock speeds and fan speeds for different graphics cards.

As well as this, the new version adds support for the recently released ForceWare 180.48 WHQL driver, and Catalyst 8.11. Support is also now provided for AMD’s new Radeon HD 4830 GPU, as well as ‘proper fan control’ for AMD Radeon HD 4870 X2 cards and ‘better GeForce GTX series 200 support’ including compatibility with the new GTX 260 with 216 stream processors. You can see the full list of features in the new version here, and download RivaTuner 2.20 from here.
