This, I agreed with every other one apart from antec. I just don't like their cases, I think it was the 13 year old 900 brigade that put me off their entire range. Obviously there are a few notable exceptions. Corsair seem to do no wrong, since owning corsair ram and a psu, I am theirs for life :p

Also the accelero s1 rev2 is epic for the price.

This is the CPC and bit-tech awards 2009. The Freezer 7 Pro was released something like 4 years ago, maybe with a few minimal revisions since, so it doesn't deserve to win an award in 2009 on the basis of that product. Not when companies like Noctua, Titan and Prolimatech have been making such advances in the field.
It's cheap, yes, but its performance in both noise and performance tests is now way, way behind the pack, many which cost not much more. Also note that it won the "Overclocking and Cooling award", where surely the product with the best cooling and ability to cope with high overclocks should win, not the cheapest.
These awards are voted for by enthusiasts, so I expect to see enthusiast products (which generally cost a bit more than mainstream products) win the awards.
Scan won the best RMA? I find that surprising considering the list of complaints we have seen here against them. Then again perhaps we only see the bad, and the good outweight them.

and with the bit-tech/cpc link and scan being cpc's biggest advertiser, it wouldn't do well to overlook the company that pays the bills ;)
Now now. If anyone seriously thinks there's truth in that is a pillock. Yes Scan are one of our long time advertisers but they haven't always won. Last year was a case in question - Novatech took the trophy. Besides, Scan has made some big improvements to their store over the last 12 months.
It's as Rkiver says

I've seen the same complaints about Ebuyer, Novatech and Overclockers and personally I've never had issues with any of them and I used to buy a lot of stuff - even from the latter.
Since scan gave me free delivery for life at the I series I haven't used anyone else and they stock more high end than ebuyer at lower prices than overclockers
Congrats Corsair, on the PSU award... but are you going to share that with Seasonic and Channel Well Technology (CWT) ??? They actually made your PSUs (by last info).
Technically voted "Best CPU Rebrander 2009" then? ;)
sorry guys but best manufacturer dell !! you have to be kidding there is so much wrong about this company in relation to consumers they would not even be on my list !!

Fair point, but its not about the best product overall, its about a lot of things such as the price: performance:warranty:customer service ultra ratio. If that was the case then the car of the year awards would always go to the super cars (or high end enthusiast products) not the ford focus and renault megane etc.
Also if it was about real overclocks, then one of the many water cooling companies would have won.
Can I remind everyone, that every company (Scan included) drop the ball from time to time. Larger companies, that process more orders, will crop up more than Joe Bloggs Computer Supplies. But lets be fair, Scan have continuously made strives to improve. The staff have never been rude to me and on the odd occasions they have made mistakes (stock being in stock but no where to be found) - I have had an apology, free postage. Yes, it was frustrating, but life is life - and apologies are few and far between.
Just my two penneth. BTW - I would also say Overclockers have improved IMO and Novatech (many years ago) sold me the wrong ram for a PC, I took the PC down there, they fitted the correct ram, when I got it home, the NOOB had not refitted a hard drive cable correctly (he mentioned to me that he had had to disconnect and reconnect them) and I had a dead Hard Disc...... no - Im not bitter or twisted! he he

Not enough! We demand more! And that photo of Alex and Tim looks like they are singing karaoke!

I can find no flaw in this logic. Thus Mankz must truley be ginger.
By that logic you are too.
Since that huge bag stuffed full of used £20 pound notes turned up at the Bit-tech/CPC offices ;)
It's a unique shade of ginger with a hint of black and white ;)
It's probably not that surprising...
scan are quite well linked with bit-tech - http://forums.bit-tech.net/forumdisplay.php?f=84

But then it is all about personal opinions in votes like this :)
