i actually had some Morrisons Rasberry cheesecake today and its was quite nice. It was even better followed by chocolate cake and trifle. Yes i was spoilt for choice so had a pudding platter.

I don't know why, but it read like a slumber party transcript.
Now I have this horrible image in my head of you all in pajamas sitting under an office table with curlers in your hair.:|

-Now everyone else has that ugly picture haunting them... I had to share it. That kind of torture is best when passed to others.

My wife made a cheesecake for Christmas dinner, fantastic. Although it did take about 4 hours in the oven last night so it probably cheaper and easier to buy one but hey were all about the modding....

I laughed so much when I saw this on the front page lol. By far one of the best reviews of the year, I love the running commentary lol.

Thank you for making this the best Friday I have ever had to spend at work after x-mas.

Here's what I made for Christmas dessert:

Cappuccino Fudge Cheesecake!

The crust was made from espresso flavored dark chocolate, dark chocolate chunk chocolate cookies (and other stuff). The fudge layer was made from dark chocolate, Kahlua and cream. The cheese layer was made from cream cheese, ground up coffee, rum, espresso powder and other stuff. The topping was made from sour cream, vanilla and sugar. The piping on the top is the same stuff as the layer above the crust. I garnished it with Starbucks Milk Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans.

It was so deliciously decadent. It was difficult to eat only 1 1/16 slice (700 calories) even though I was stuffed.

Nope. It's entirely a Bit-Tech thing. :)

excellent stuff, the mighty cheesecake is a worthy subject, you could develop this into a more in-depth review, and I volunteer to assist. We could start by searching out the more ethnic Buttermilk cheesecake, regular UK cheesecakes are made from Cream cheese, the Buttermilk version can be found in certain European countries. What do you think?

The best cheesecake ever is Waitrose's New York Cheesecake, no question.

And, as Forrest Gump would say, that is all I have to say about that.

Sheer brilliance. I've still never actually eaten cheescake...and now I'm even less likely to. They all sounded disgusting :)
