well ya thats pretty much right, Woman are employed because its a proven fact that woman have better dexterity, eye to hand coordination then men so doing this kind of job is more suited for their abilities and your right about the lower wages part too but those have gone up significantly so over prices on stuff will be going up too.

There are still metal detectors on the entrances/exits, just to make sure.
