Yes, they'll be available from us at Rock from the end of this month but you can place an order before that. Give the sales guys a call on Monday to register your interest. Our website is http://www.rockdirect.com although this machine isn't on there just yet but the sales contact info is :-)
It's just Pegasus 650, the Ti is a different model.

Yeah, we can route ethernet to the outside for other hubs to be connected and the onboard server is a decent spec:
P4 - 3.4GHz/ATI X700/1GB Corsair TwinX/400GB SATA HD all in the groovy looking white Shuttle box
Any chance that these will be shipped over the pond to Canada? I'm in the market for a new laptop (see the Disaster Mods forum for why I'm shopping) and that looks like exactly what I want. Too bad I'm in Canada.
We can certainly ship to Canada, call sales for a quote on the shipping because that cost has to be passed on to yourself. You can also email them at sales@rockdirect.com. Please include your postal address in the email because our shipping cost varies depending upon where you are in Canada.

How about a few games of splinter cell outside Menwith Hill or could we have the bus teetering over the edge of a cliff whist everyone has a few laps of the italian job.... :D
Note: both of these suggestions may result in gamer deaths.
I might have had a book from ther before when I was a lad, my neck of the woods n' all.
You gotta go I25 (1000+ gamers), would be stupid not to really and I wanna check this thing out! :D
Just throw a dart at a map of the Uk, and pick a venue, doesnt have to be just coputer related, g33ks are everywhere , could even use the fact thats its a library bus with a twist and take it to Librarys n stuff.
***COUGH*** Have a Lanbus re-naming competion on Bit-tech to win a weekends use of the bookwormobile (and maybe a laptop or just goodies), you plus x mates with free food and drink for the weekend. Oh yer, you need to get some hot librerians in there too :D
Should rip out the decks, use a single top for each side so people have the space for a mouse.
The Saitek Gaming mouse would be good, USB, optical, fits the style, I have one. ;)
with our new 15" Pegasus 650 notebooks there's space for a mouse... have you ever tried playing first person shooters with a trackpad? It can be great fun if you have a LAN game of it 'cos you can ban mice and have everyone playing really badly!
